SPU has one main terminal and it fills up fast in July and August. The walk from the gate to the exit is short, so the difference between a good arrival and a bad one is whether the right person is standing in the right place before you clear the doors. We track the actual landing, not the schedule, so a greeter is inside arrivals as you come through. Bags are taken quietly, the car is close, and we leave before anyone works out who you are.
